WILLIAM  VANCE  MANN,  78 years of age of Summersville, passed away Wednesday May 21,2025 in the WVU Summersville Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Curtis Lee and Virginia Garnet Horton Mann and was born at Logan March 2,1947. William was a retired coal miner, the owner of Mann Construction and attended the First Baptist Church of Richwood. He was known as the mayor of McKees Creek Road and was most proud of his grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by siblings, Thomas Harry Mann and Virginia Craig.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday May 26th in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Paul Gray and Pastor Dana Gatewood officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery at Richwood. Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Monday.
