TERRY  ROSS  HANSHAW,  84 years of age of Mt. Lookout, passed away Sunday

November 2,2025 at the Ansted Center. He was the son of the late Alonzo and Lilly Morris Hanshaw and was born at Dille March 23,1941. Terry was a coal miner , electrician and a Freewill Baptist by faith. He enjoyed spending time with his family and working on old cars.

He was also preceded in death by his wife Mary Frances "Pat" Wood Hanshaw and siblings Robert Morris, Nadine Griffith and Donna West.

Daughter       Debra Lynn (Dennis) Neil              Mt. Lookout

Grandsons    Casey B. (Adriana) Burkhammer and Cole Burkhammer

Great Grandchildren           Stella, Leeanna, Colton and Griffin

In keeping with his wishes, his body was cremated. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m.

Friday November 14th in the Walker Memorial Park at Summersville with Pastor Mike Simms officiating.

A celebration of Terry's life will be held immediately following at the New Beginnings Fellowship Hall in Summersville.

The Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville is in charge of the arrangements.
