STEPHEN CHARLES AIDE, 68 years of age of Summersville, passed away Tuesday October 20,2026 at his home. He was the son of the late Mitchell Andrew and Sonia Ellison Aide and was born at Oak Hill April 5,1958. Steve was an employee of Mid-State Ford in Summersville and enjoyed watching sporting events.

He was also preceded in death by one brother Mitchell Andrew Aide Jr.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday October 23rd at the Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville with Pastor Gene Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at the Walker Memorial Park in Summersville. Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Friday.
