SHARLON  ANN  ADKINS,  77 years of age of Whitewater, passed away Saturday November 16, 2024 in the Summersville Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Huling Burl and Mary Delphine Casto Riffle and was born at Persinger December 9,1946. Sharlon was a homemaker and member of the Church of God by faith.

She was also preceded in death by her husband James Kenneth Adkins, brother David Burl Riffle and sisters, Sylvia Jean Woods, Mary Frances Adkins and Nelda June McBrayer.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday November 20th in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Arnold Nicholas officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Union Cemetery at Calvin. Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
