SANDRA  C.  COGAR,  69 years of age of Charleston, died Wednesday March 20,2024 in the CAMC Memorial Hospital.  She was the daughter of the late Lantie "Bud"  and Dorthy June Morris Cogar and was born at Webster Springs on October 22, 1954.  Sandra was a retired registered nurse and member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.  She attended the Ronda Apostolic Church.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday March 28th in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Arnold Nicholas officiating.  Burial will follow in the Cogar Cemetery at Whitewater.  Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
