Roger Dean Woods, 77 years of age, passed away Wednesday July 08, 2026 in the CAMC Memorial hospital at Charleston.  He was the son of the late Delbert Edward Woods and Eidith Sylvania Thomas and was born at Summersville on October 13, 1948.

He was also preceded in death by Brothers Paul Woods, James "Otis" Woods and Denver Woods.

His body will be cremated.  The Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville is in charge of arrangements.
