Oneta "Justine" Cutlip, age 91, of Summersville, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025, surrounded by family.

She was born on October 1, 1933, in Crawford, West Virginia, to Erry and Reba Caynor Riffle. Justine was married to Billy Keith Cutlip for 60 years until his passing in 2013.

A devoted homemaker, Justine also enjoyed supporting and working alongside her husband at the family business, Bill's Body Shop. She and Bill loved to square dance. She also liked to spend time outdoors, especially planting flowers and gardening. A proud Mountaineer fan, she rarely missed watching a game.

Justine had a generous and giving spirit, donating to many organizations which supported children, addressed hunger, and aided veterans. Most of all, she cherished time spent with her family, and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Keith Cutlip, and her parents, Erry and Reba Caynor Riffle.

Justine is survived by her daughter, Donna Cutlip; three granddaughters, Susan Gamble (Kent), Rhonda Gall (Chris), and Lori Baldwin (Brad); and her great-grandchildren, Isaac, Illysa (Jason), Dylan, Lewis, Clara, Kaylea, Brynn, Christian, Ellie, Spencer, and Paisley.

She is also survived by her siblings, Doris Smith, Geneva Hodges, and Neal Riffle, along with several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, at East Lawn Cemetery in Canvas.  The Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville is in charge of the arrangements.
