MICHAEL  HAROLD  FIDLER,  71 years of age of Summersville, passed away Saturday July 18,2026 at his home. He was the son of the late Maurice Wilbur and Tilsie Bernadine Jarvis Fidler and was born at Sutton on November 19,1954. Michael was a retired coal miner, a graduate of Richwood High School and enjoyed the outdoors, camping, repairing vehicles and spending time with his family. He served in the National Guard and attended New Life Assembly in Summersville.

He was also preceded in death by sisters Carolyn Brown and Linda Dearfield.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday July 24th at the Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville with Pastor Gene Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery at Glade Creek. Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Friday.
