Martha Hall Bell, 62 years of age, passed away peacefully at her home in Summersville, Tuesday October 13, 2026 following a short illness. Martha was born April 5,1964 in Champaign, Illinois, to her late parents, Fred and Millie Legg Hall. She spent her life bringing joy to those around her and was a dedicated resident of the Summersville community. Martha was a faithful member of the Southern Baptist Fellowship, where she truly loved sharing her gift of music and singing in the church choir. Her warmth, kind spirit, and beautiful voice will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jim Bell; her fiancé, Doug Lively; and her brother, Mike Hall.

Graveside services and celebration of Martha's life will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday October 16th at the Walker Memorial Park in Summersville with Pastor Tim Cole officiating.

Family and friends are invited to gather to honor her memory and share in a time of reflection.
