LORETTA  LYNN  PAULEY,  58 years of age of Barboursville, passed away peacefully Wednesday May 6,2026. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Linda Jarrett England and was born at Richwood on September 8,1967. Loretta was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be remembered for her love for her family, her caring heart and the memories she shared with everyone who knew her. Her presence brought comfort and strength to those around her, and her love will continue to live on through her children, granddaughter, family and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by grandmother Mary Agnes England, grandfather James Accord, grandson Jamison Lee and two infant grandchildren.

She leaves behind a family who loved her deeply, including:
