KENNETH  LANE  HENSHEY,  87 of Summersville passed away Sunday June 5, 2022 in the Summersville Regional Medical Center.  He was the son of the late John Kenneth and Ruth Holt Henshey and was born at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania July 30, 1934.  Lane was a retired draftsman from Bethlehem Steel with thirty years of service. After retirement, he worked at LeRose Motors in Summersville and was an elder and commissioned Lay Pastor in the Summersville Presbyterian Church.  Lane was a former boy scout leader in Pottstown, Pennsylvania and a U.S. Army veteran.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday June 9 ^th in the Summersville Presbyterian Church with Pastor Joan Stewart officiating.  Entombment will follow in the WV Memorial Gardens Mausoleum at Calvin.  Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lane can be sent to the Summersville Presbyterian Church.

Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville is in charge of arrangements.
