IRIS  LYNN  SPENCER,  78 years of age of Summersville, passed away Sunday May 24,2026 in the Summersville Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late French and Bonnie Meadows Frame and was born at Sutton on October 28,1947. Iris was a former cook at the Stonewall Jackson Grill in Summersville and a Methodist by faith.

She was also preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Dale Spencer, brothers: Desmond, Edward, Ronald, Roger and Jerry Frame, sister; Jane Sanford.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday May 30th at the Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville with Pastor Brian McKinney officiating. Burial will follow at the Spencer Family Cemetery on Nile Road. Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
