Gabriel Ryan Deitz

Gabriel Ryan Deitz, 40 of Lincolnton, NC, tragically passed away February 10, 2024.  He was the son of Bruce (Kathy) Deitz of North Carolina and Myrna Hamrick Deitz of Mount Lookout and was born at Summersville on February 15, 1983.  Gabriel will be remembered for his huge heart, infectious laugh, jokes and the remarkable love he had for his family.

He was preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents: Gerald and Lula Deitz, Maternal Grandparents: Leonard, Betty Hamrick and Yvonne Bates and Brother-in-Law Aaron Acree.

Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, February 16, 2024 at 2 p.m. in The Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Mark Secrist officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until service time.  Burial will follow in the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery at Mount Lookout.
