Edna Lee Case , 88, of Summersville, died Wednesday, October 19, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Jacob and Bessie Tacy McCloud, and was born at Cass, WV, March 18, 1934.

Edna was a homemaker, had a love for gardening and watching her plants grow. She enjoyed basketball and watching the Kentucky Wildcats.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Case, and her brother, Howard McCloud.

Surviving: Son, David Allen Case of Summersville; daughter, Connie Jean (Keith) Case Farber of Morgantown; sister Myrtle Simons of Summersville; four grandchildren, Amos (Amanda Cindea) Case, Mark (Lynette) Case, Jared (Andrea) Ramsey, and Kristen (Todd) Ramsey Gutta; 5 great-grandchildren; Bailey, Landon, and Iris Case, Leo and Elly Ramsey.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 pm Monday, October 24th in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Joy Butcher-Winfree officiating. Burial will follow in the Eastlawn Cemetery at Canvas. Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Monday.
