EDITH  JANE  HANSHAW,  84 of Summersville died Wednesday December 15, 2021 at her home.  She was the daughter of the late Clem and Susie McClung Hypes and was born at Poe May 9, 1937.  Edith was a homemaker and Christian by faith.

She was also preceded in death by her husband Otto Hanshaw and siblings Charles Hypes and Glenna Gray.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday December 17 ^th in Otto and Edith's Family Cemetery at Poe with Pastor Arnold Nicholas officiating.  Friends may call at the Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville from 11 a.m. until noon on Friday.
