Dorothy Ann Copenhaver, 79 of Kesslers Cross Lanes, West Virginia passed away on Sunday March 27, 2022. Born February 15, 1943 in Drennen, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Cecil William Lucas and Elizabeth Underwood Lucas.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Roger Allen Copenhaver; two sons Timothy Allen Copenhaver and wife Wendy of Charlotte, NC, and Stephen Reigh Copenhaver of Catawba SC; daughter Kelly Dawn Sayre and husband Bruce of Fort Lawn, SC; a sister Mary McGuire of Summersville,

brother George Lucas of Summersville, four grandchildren, Tim, Samantha, Joshua, Bethany,

and four great-grandchildren, Jacob, Devon, Layla, and Hannah.

She was preceded in death by a brother Jimmy Lucas of Florida, and a grandchild Caleb Copenhaver of Charlotte NC.

Friends may call at the Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Friday April 1 ^st . Graveside services will follow in the Dotson-Simpson Cemetery at Keslers Cross Lanes.
