DONNA  LYNN  GROSE,  67 years of age of Jodie, went to her heavenly home Thursday February 5,2026 at the CAMC Memorial Hospital, after a short illness. She was the daughter of the late Robert Hamilton "Bob" and Mary Pearl Gray Grose and was born at Gauley Bridge February 4, 1959. Donna was a dedicated and dependable LPN at Montgomery General Hospital for 40 years. She was an avid reader and would want you to remember her by reading a book. Donna was a member of the First Church of God at Jodie.

She was also preceded in death by her brothers-in-law, Darryl McGee and Gary Elliott.

The family would like to thank CAMC Memorial MICU open heart surgery, all the staff who were so caring for Donna and her family. Especially, the nurses, Dr. Park, Dr. Richy, Dr. Osborn, the Ecmo team and Suzanne, at the waiting room desk.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday February 12th at the Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville with Rev. Jeff Floyd and Rev. Jerry Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in the Grose Family Cemetery at Summersville. Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
