CAROL  JOANN  WOODS,  77 OF Summersville passed away Saturday July 23, 2022 at her home.  She was the daughter of the late Herman and Ida Gibson Hamrick and was born in Clay County November 4, 1944.  Carol was a retired registered nurse from the Summersville Memorial Hospital.

She was also preceded in death by her husband Newman Woods, daughter Kathy Tallamy, two brothers and two sisters.

Graveside services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday July 29 ^th in the WV Memorial Gardens Mausoleum at Calvin with Pastor Sam Calloway officiating.
