BOYD  LEON  McMILLION, 94 of Summersville went home to be with his Lord and Savior Monday November 28, 2022 at the WVU Summersville Regional Medical Center.  He was the son of the late Azel C. and Gladys A. Dorsey McMillion and was born at Nettie December 22, 1927.  Boyd was a former recorder for the City of Summersville. He also worker for Campbell Tractor, Peerless Eagle and was a retired payroll clerk from Terry Eagle Coal Company.  He was a member of the Reynolds Street Freewill Baptist Church in Summersville and a U.S. Army veteran.

He was also preceded in death by his first wife Jeanie McClung McMillion, brothers Melvin R. and Lloyd L. McMillion, sister Bonnie J. Smith, sisters-in-law Zoa and Janet McMillion.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday December 1 ^st in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Arnold Nicholas officiating.  Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery at Nettie.  Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
