BALLARD  NELSON  JOHNSON,  78 of Whitewater died Tuesday January 4, 2022 at his home.  He was the son of the late Harley and Effie Holbrook Johnson and was born at Jamuka June 24, 1943.  Ballard was a retired coal miner, an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday January 8 ^th in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Arnold Nicholas and Pastor Brian Long officiating.  Burial will follow in the Zoar Cemetery at Keslers Cross Lanes.  Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
