ALAN  PARKER  WOODS,  70 years of age of Dille, passed away Friday April 17,2026 at the Madison Rehabilitation Center in Morgantown. He was the son of the late Eugene Alan and Chessie Atress Gill Woods and was born at Charleston on October 16,1955. Alan was a former truck driver and a U.S. Army Veteran.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday April 20th in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor James Hamrick officiating. Burial, with military honors, will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery at Strange Creek. Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Monday.
